Support, Your Way

Support should feel personal.
Every Good Company experience is built around the individual, with thoughtful attention to their interests, routines, comfort, independence, and support needs.
In-Home Respite
Sometimes the best place to spend the day is exactly where you already feel comfortable.
In-Home Respite provides one-on-one support for autistic teens and adults in the familiarity of their own home. Time together is shaped around the individual — their routines, interests, communication style, sensory needs, and how they genuinely like to spend their time.
That might look like making lunch together, working on an art project, playing games, watching a favorite show, going for a neighborhood walk, listening to music, practicing everyday life skills, diving into a special interest, or simply hanging out. Not every hour needs to be planned or productive.
Sometimes good company really is enough.
I’m comfortable supporting a wide range of needs and understand that care can look very different from one person to the next. I take the time to learn what helps someone feel comfortable, how they communicate, when they want interaction, when they need space, and what support looks like specifically for them.
For families, in-home respite means being able to go to dinner, run errands, attend an event, spend time with other family members, work, or simply have some time to themselves while knowing their person is supported at home.
Care can be occasional or recurring, and we’ll talk beforehand about routines, preferences, support needs, safety considerations, and anything else that helps me provide the best experience possible.
Familiar surroundings. Personalized support.
And time that feels good for everyone.
Starting at $30/hr. (2-hour minimum)
Community + Adventures
Community + Adventures offers one-on-one support for autistic teens and adults to get out, explore, revisit favorite places, or simply spend a day doing something they enjoy.
Outings can be planned by you, planned together, or handed over to me entirely. From museums and arboretums to lunch dates, shopping, nature, special interests, and local attractions, each day is shaped around the individual and what they actually enjoy.
Through memberships, passes, and available discounts, I also have access to a variety of local experiences for little to no additional admission cost — making it easier to get out and do more without every outing becoming an added expense.
And adventure doesn't have to mean trying something new. Sometimes it's exploring somewhere we've never been, and sometimes it's returning to the same favorite place for the hundredth time.
Starting at $35/hr. (2-hour minimum)
Additional admission, food, or personal purchases may apply.

Overnight Care
Some plans need a little more time.
Extended + Overnight Care offers longer periods of one-on-one support for autistic teens and adults when families need an evening out, have an event to attend like a wedding or graduation, are traveling, or simply need support that works around bigger plans.
Care can take place in the comfort of home and is built around the individual’s usual routines, preferences, and support needs. That might include meals, activities, evening and morning routines, personal care, medication support as appropriate, community outings, or simply keeping things familiar and comfortable while you’re away.
Overnight care can also be combined with a Community + Adventure day, giving everyone the chance to enjoy their time apart.
Whether you need a late night, one overnight, or extended support for a longer stretch of time, we’ll talk through the details beforehand and create a plan that works for everyone.
Familiar support for your person.
So time away can feel good for everyone.
Extended evenings, overnight stays, and longer periods of care are priced based on the length and details of the stay.
